Missed Appointment Policy

We certainly understand that occasionally, circumstances arise that prevent patients from keeping their appointments. A missed dental appointment presents problems for both of us. For you, a missed dental visit causes a delay in necessary dental treatment that was recommended to help  improve dental health. For our office, it prevents us from scheduling another patient that could benefit from treatment. We schedule time with each of our patients to allow us to provide the quality, personalized care that your child deserves. We are simply going to ask you to be very faithful about keeping all future dental appointments. In addition, we ask that you arrive on time for your dental visit. We request this courtesy because it allows us to see our patients promptly, as your time is just as important as ours.

As of  May 1, 2018 the office will be enforcing a Broken Appointment fee of $50 for a missed appointment. Should you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you kindly give a notice of cancellation before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Canceling same day appointments may be subject to the missed appointment fee as well.
